Defining the network presence strategy, building fan pages and dedicated communities (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube), elaborating Iren’s social media presence policy and management plan. Daily operational management and engagement initiatives designed to foster fan base growth and CRM real time management.

Setting of Tracx.com platform, monitoring strategy, analysis (volumes, sentiment, places, influencers, virality, competitors) and alerting on brand crisis or viral cases. Monthly reports on Iren, the Group’s reputation and that of top managers, with geolocated analyzes in cities where the Group’s services are offered.
