Monitoring strategy, platform setting, online conversations listening and daily analysis (volumes, sentiment, places, influencers, virality, competitors), brand monitoring and crisis management or virality alerts and action guidelines. Production of a monthly report regarding Poste Italiane brand reputation, top management and the Group’s companies (BancoPosta, Poste Mobile, Postepay, Poste Cloud, Poste e-commerce). Development of weekly reports on product and service campaigns, virality and alerts connected to the brand.
