Leaving the semantic monitoring system behind, Cultur-e brings the Tracx statistic method to “listen” to the spontaneous online conversations and complement the information taken from the company’s own channels (website, social media, app).

The brand, managers, services, products and campaigns will be analyzed with an integral process, in which not only targets will be taken in account, but also the relation system in which they’re in (client, users, employees and opinion leaders).
