Iren renews its social strategy with Cultur-e

The Iren Group once againg chooses Cultur-e for the management of their social media channels.

The first objective was to position the company and promote its services across social channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram); now the northwestern multi-utility company intends to strengthen its brand awareness in terms of service, innovation and growth technology; to spread a culture of sustainability and development of territories thanks to the smart use of energy and resources.

What sealed the deal for Iren to renew the collaboration with Cultur-e was the implementation of content branding oriented to the promotion of actions and positive results; the exponential growth of the community thanks to networking activities and organic positioning based on the quality of posts; the launch of a new social care services as a strategic lever of CRM and Social Media Marketing; and the integration of Social Intelligence analysis that identify intervention strategies on hot topics, sensitive or of most interest to users.
