Cultur-e is in charge of creating a new digital communications strategy for the Automobile Club d’Italia, that will not only balance its three elements: Corporate, Administrative, and Service; but also bring uniformity to a rich communications system that includes websites, portals, initiatives and social media. All while respecting the accessibility and usability criteria required by the Public Administration.

Cultur-e’s working method convinced ACI, receiving top marks for the quality of our technical proposal: a robust analysis activity for the current context and user experience to single out potential issues, together with a Social Intelligence survey, capable of determining what message to put out and who to target.
