In 2024, we collaborated with Trenord to develop an innovative Employer Branding strategy to strengthen the company’s positioning as a leader in sustainable mobility and attracting new talent.

Context

Trenord, Italy’s main regional railway operator, has set itself the goal of evolving its positioning as an Employer Brand. The strategy was designed to reach a young and dynamic target, promoting values ​​such as welfare, innovation and ecological transition, with a distinctive language in a multi-channel key.

A narrative ecosystem to attract talent

Cultur-e has designed a value narrative that integrates storytelling and multi-channel content, emphasising Trenord’s social and ecological impact. A new Employer Value Proposition and an integrated and multi-format Content Strategy have been defined to better highlight career paths, welfare initiatives and direct employee testimonials. A specific focus on the ecological transition has also been introduced to make the brand more attractive to young professionals.

Through the combination of Social Media Strategy and innovative Employer Branding tools, Trenord wants to strengthen its reputation as an employer. The integrated approach defined will help position Trenord as the ideal place to build a career in sustainable collective mobility.
