Camplus

In 2015, the Bologna Group that manages over 30 student housing residences in Italy launched a web marketing strategy restyling of its three-website system, reinforcing its social presence and advertising campaign. Cultur-e followed this process and provided support for social media training.

Context

Standing Out On-line: Welcome, Safety and Trust

A pioneer of social housing, Camplus stands out for its welcome and the safety, reliability, trust, dedication and client relations. Students and their families, professors, tourists and mobile workers can choose from college, apartment and guest houses in 11 Italian cities, enjoying supplementary tutorship services, extracurricular activities and the experience of shared living. 

In order to promote its identity, the company decided to implement a new and digital strategy addressing its main target: students. The objective was to reinforce the on-line presence, expand its user basin and kick off an efficient and ongoing dialogue with users and potential clients.

Restyling Internet Portals, Social Media Advertising and Management

According to a multichannel marketing logic, the strategy calls for the development of innovative messages, on-line services, loyalty-building actions and lead generation to promote the specific values of each segment. The reorganization of the digital channels aims to implement a «smart&young» style, responsive design and ad hoc multimedia language for each channel.

2015-2017: System of websites and social advertising with analysis of objectives, “as is”, competitors, best cases and social media intelligence; new on-line presence, editorial and graphic project for the Camplus Hub, College, Apartments, Guest Portals; on-line promotion strategy and advertising campaigns on Facebook and Twitter.

2015-2017: Social media management with a new social media presence strategy, promotion of fan pages and dedicated communities (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest), definition of policy, daily operative management and engagement initiatives to promote fan base and manage CRM in real time.

Camplus Reinforces Social Branding

The implemented digital strategy provided a solution to the strategic objective for 2017: increase and consolidate on-line awareness of Camplus by focusing on the group’s values and involving not only students and families, but also apartment owners, travellers and stakeholders in the social housing and university residence sector.
