ACAM Acque and ACAM Ambiente

In 2024, in collaboration with PwC Italia and CodeLand, we oversaw the restyling of the ACAM Acque and ACAM Ambiente websites. We aimed to optimise both websites to highlight the quality of services offered to citizens in the water and waste management sectors, underlining ACAM’s commitment and constant presence within the community.

Context

ACAM Acque and ACAM Ambiente, both belonging to the Iren Group, work to ensure the sustainable management of water resources and waste in the province of La Spezia and in eastern Liguria. Both divisions required a digital presence that reflected the company’s core values: efficiency, sustainability, and customer focus. The new websites had to integrate detailed information on the services offered, with a clear information architecture and a user-friendly design, to meet the citizens’ needs and strengthen ACAM’s role as a reference point for the territory.

Two portals for the territory

Both sites have been designed to ensure simple and immediate access to information. Thanks to the new information architecture that has been created, citizens can easily find information on how to manage utilities, consult essential documentation, or discover the services dedicated to waste collection and disposal. Furthermore, the graphic restyling has made the portals more attractive and consistent with the corporate identity.

Innovation for citizens

The new ACAM Acque and ACAM Ambiente websites have been designed to offer an intuitive and fluid user experience on every device, thanks to a user-centred approach and a targeted Brand Strategy. The user-centred approach has allowed the creation of digital platforms that both simplify the user experience and enhance ACAM’s role as a reliable partner for the local community.

 

The digital restyling developed also strengthens the brand’s identity, highlighting its commitment to a service that is increasingly closer to the needs of citizens.
