Ireti and Ireti Gas
In 2024, as part of the Iren Group’s digital transformation plan, Cultur-e oversaw the design of the new websites for Ireti and Ireti Gas. The two portals meet the specific needs of the two business branches, distinguishing between the management of the electricity distribution networks and integrated water service (Ireti) and the gas distribution service (Ireti Gas). Thanks to the collaboration with PwC Italia for the UX/UI design and CodeLand for the development, the two sites reflect the identity and values of the companies, while improving accessibility for users and ensuring an intuitive and consistent digital experience.
Context
Ireti, a company of the Iren Group, manages water and electricity distribution networks in various Italian regions, while Ireti Gas focuses on the supply of natural gas. The need to separate the two business branches into two distinct portals arises to simplify access to information for different user targets while enhancing the specific identity of each company. The project required a rethinking of the information architecture and content, to ensure that each portal could precisely meet the needs of citizens, customers and stakeholders.

Two portals, two identities
The restyling project led to two distinct portals capable of best representing the specificities of the two companies, placing emphasis on the efficiency of network distribution and offering detailed information on supply services, packages and rates for customers. The Content Strategy was developed to ensure clear and direct communication, with pages optimised to facilitate the availability of information and improve online positioning. Cultur-e also took care of Content Management given the online launch of the two new portals.
Improved user experience and focused target
The new portals guarantee a smooth and intuitive user experience. Navigation has been designed to guide the different targets towards the most relevant information. The UX/UI design has focused on visual coherence and ease of use, while the contents meet the users’ research needs, positioning Ireti and Ireti Gas as points of reference in the sector. This project represents a step forward in the digital communication of the Iren Group, strengthening its leadership and dialogue with the territory.
