In 2004, the Institute for Urban and Real Estate Development (ISVEUR) celebrated its thirty years of activity providing consultancy and services to construction companies and public administrations. With the help of Cultur-e, it inaugurated a new season of on- and off-line communications to promote its past and future activities, from the development of construction works to the management of urban programmes based on efficient and innovative enterprise culture.

Context

Communicating 30 Years of Service and Innovation

ISVEUR was founded in 1974 by ACER (Association of Builders in Rome and its Province) to incentivise construction activity and urbanisation in the area of Rome, providing new operative areas for construction companies with a special focus on popular housing. The work of the Institute is well-known in its sector, but less so amongst the public in general. So, for its 30 years of activity, ISVEUR turned to external consultants to design and develop on and off-line communications actions to promote its activities and commitment.

Communications Strategy, Content Development, Promotional Brochures

2004 – Analysis of the historical archive and all of ISVEUR’s projects, selection of materials and texts, on- and off-line communications strategy, graphic project for promotional brochures, development of texts and content for presentation of projects and their innovative characteristics in terms of popular housing.
