In 2005, ABI, the Italian Banking Association, decided to renovate its Patti Chiari Portal dedicated to the relation between associate banks and clients. Cultur-e was in charge of the restyling and the subsequent editorial management from 2005 to 2009.

Context

On-line Reinforcement to Earn the Trust of Consumers

The objective of the consortium was to use the web to improve the relation between banks and clients, investing in dialogue and transparency. This required a new on-line communications strategy with interactive tools and initiatives that would bring people closer to their banks and help them to understand the best products and services for their needs.

Internet Portal and Editorial Management
