Policlinico Gemelli

For the 50th anniversary of its foundation, the Policlinico Agostino Gemelli decided to renew its communications and asked our partner, Inarea, to conceive a new brand identity and graphic restyling for its website. Cultur-e was in charge of the editorial training and sharing the rules for efficient on-line communication with the new web editors.

Context

Web Writing Lessons to Communicate with Citizens

the Policlinico felt the need to reinforce its on-line communications competences to correctly share information between the general hospital and citizens. The objective was to provide hospital personnel with the best techniques for efficient web writing with a focus on writing styles, content types and updating schedules for the portal serving as a hub for health information.

Editorial Training

2014 – Lessons with individual exercises for over 20 web editors on style and tone of voice, content types and multimedia language, editorial governance and content planning models, as well as roles, approval process, updating schedules and results monitoring.

Internal Training Will Benefit Patients

Providing information on the main health issues, managing on-line relations and promoting the excellencies of the Policlinico General Hospital is now easier and simpler thanks to the training of internal personnel who can now boast knowledge of the best web writing and daily management techniques for a national service portal.
