In 2012, we restyled the website of TOTAL E&P Italy. The next year, we launched T>Energy, TOTAL E&P’s corporate magazine on issues related to energy production. In 2015, we participated in managing the crisis at Tempa Rossa, producing an analysis of viral messages and geo-localised web reputation.
Context
Communicating Activity as a Leading Energy Producer in Italy
After drilling began at Tempa Rossa, one of the largest oil deposits on the European continent, Total became increasingly visible in Italy. Thus, it decided to invest in developing communications by producing a new Internet website and a corporate magazine.
The objective was to create an impactful Italian identity, in line with other Group companies around the world, position itself as an authoritative reference point for energy production issues and communicate about its activities in Basilicata.
Multilingual Internet Portal, Corporate Magazine, Social Media Intelligence
2012 – 2013: Multilingual portal for Total E&P Italy and Holland, re-engineering the website, developing a CMS and mobile channel, publishing and testing, and production of multilingual content (Italian, English, Dutch).
2012 – 2015: T-Energy corporate magazine concept, graphic and editorial project, layout and printing, including interviews, articles and reports and photo reporting.
2015: Analysis of viral messages and geo-localised web reputation to help management address the reputational crisis caused at Tempa Rossa.
