CISL Scuola, a multi-channel campaign for a well-rounded school
On the occasion of the elections for the renewal of the RSU (Trade Union Representation) in the school, university, and research sectors, CISL Scuola has chosen to rely on a strong, inclusive, and modular image to convey its union identity. This has led to “La scuola a tutto tondo,”(“well-rounded school”) a multi-channel communications campaign by Cultur-e built around a symbol that is already part of the CISL’s visual and value DNA: the circle.
It is a simple yet powerful icon that becomes the visual and conceptual fulcrum of the project, capable of adapting and enhancing every message and content promoted by the union. The circle revolves around the core themes of union representation—listening, inclusion, participation, and mediation—displayed through an illustrated, colourful, recognisable, and popular visual identity.
The campaign was implemented across multiple touchpoints, including social media, the website, national events, informative materials, and the election sites themselves. An integrated and comprehensive strategy, capable of reaching the target audience with different languages and formats, even at the local level.
Cultur-e has overseen the entire strategic and creative development, handling the campaign from concept development to material production, and ultimately implementing it across digital and physical channels. A coherent and dynamic narrative, designed to represent the CISL in all its diversity: a truly well-rounded school.
