Cultur-e X Bridging Dialogues 2025: visual identity and editorial design

The official magazine of Bridging Dialogues 2025 is now out — an edition that placed the ongoing shift in organisational cultures at the centre of the conversation, questioning the habits that shape the way people work and relate within organisations.

Built around the theme “Beyond Organizational Habits”, the magazine gathers and expands on the content of the fifth edition of the event, held on 3 July at Talent Garden Calabiana in Milan. It is an editorial project that brings together perspectives, keynotes, workshops and moments of dialogue, shaping a plural reflection on organisational change as a human, relational and cultural process.

For the 2025 edition of Bridging Dialogues, Cultur-e developed the event’s visual identity and designed the layout of its official magazine, translating the complexity of the content into a graphic system that is coherent, refined and visually impactful.

The editorial design was conceived to support the magazine’s conceptual depth — while the contents were curated and written by Peoplerise — enhancing the plurality of viewpoints, the richness of the insights and the experiential dimension of the event, also conveyed through a striking photographic language.
The graphic project was shaped to make a dense, layered body of thought readable and navigable, creating a continuous dialogue between form and content.

The result is an editorial object that goes beyond documenting the event: it extends its meaning, becoming a space for reflection that invites readers to question organisational habits and imagine new ways of working and living together.

Bridging Dialogues 2025 is a project by Arsenalia and Peoplerise, developed in collaboration with Cultur-e, eFM and Talent Garden. An ecosystem of organisations united by a shared vision: creating spaces for dialogue where research, organisations and people can come together to imagine new futures.
