New Intranet for Gianni & Origoni
Creating a digital workplace in step with the times and needs of Gianni & Origoni, to work, communicate and update: this is the mission which brought about the start of the collaboration between the law firm and Cultur-e in 2018.
Starting from the detailed analysis of the initial context, we have developed an innovative project consistent with the communication and service objectives identified: to create a shared corporate culture, strengthening internal communication thanks to a useful and effective work tool for every working group, each with different skills and needs.
The new intranet of the law firm, once online, will be the single point of reference for professionals and employees in all of its 11 offices worldwide. Accessible and responsive, with an intuitive UX, it allows you to share information and work tools by activating forms of two-way communication that enhance and increase widespread skills, expertise and know-how in the legal sector. Services and content are articulated in an easy and intuitive navigation system, complete with immediately recognizable practical references.
The portal’s governance model aims to facilitate management activities, making use of periodic intranet performance assessments and monitoring of strategic KPIs to optimise services and performance. An ambitious project, made effective by the development support that sees the Cultur-e technology team working closely with Gianni & Origoni’s IT Department for the implementation of the technological solution.
