Widiba chooses Cultur-e for Social Intellingence
Widiba’s social Intelligence project has been launched supporting the new digital banking initiative for the Monte Paschi di Siena that will come live in a few months.
Analyzing MPS’ web reputation, and that of its main competitors, will allow us to find strengths, weaknesses, the market’s new needs and on line best practices to complement the basic guidelines for online banking development.
In september, together with Widiba, we will monitor the evolution of the launching campaign and the audience’s response to weigh in the project’s success and the possibility of online systems to influence traditional banking.
Our service will be completed with the training, analysis and interpretation of Big Data and building efficient Social Intelligence.
