Cultur-e S.R.L. (henceforth “Company”) as “Data Controller” has great respect for user privacy.

Data that is transmitted by the user through this website will be processed with utmost care and all the tools that will guarantee the security and protection of personal data in conformity with EU Regulations N. 679/2016 and applicable national legislation.

This Privacy Policy describes the procedures used to collect, process and share personal data provided by users through the website. Please carefully read this document before using the website.

 

1-Data Processing Objectives

The main purpose of the Cultur-e website is to present the services offered by the company and to provide users with a dynamic channel for communication and interaction.

Cultur-e conserves technical log data in order to:

  • Provide security checks required by law;
  • Improve the quality of the services and custom tailor them to clients’ needs;
  • Manage client requests via the website;
  • Mail out newsletters and commercial communications;
  • Allow the download of free reports;
  • Manage selection procedures in case of candidatures and the transmission of CVs to the Company via the website.

In addition to what is specified in the subsequent paragraph on navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in order to receive promotional material, commercial communications or to download reports provided for free by the Company. The user can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by sending an e-mail to info@cultur-e.it or using the form provided with the newsletter service.

The company processes data for marketing objectives after receiving user consensus.

As the website may allow access to sites that are the property of and operated by third parties, the Privacy Policy does not apply to said third party websites and the Company is not responsible for data protection for third parties.

 

2-Types of Data Processed

Unsolicited User Data

Cultur-e processes unsolicited personal data provided by users in special website sections (Work with Us – Social Intelligence – Contacts – Newsletter Registration).

Cultur-e collects and processes the following unsolicited personal data provided by users: 

  • Name, last name and organisation;  
  • E-mail address;
  • Curriculum vitae and other information on candidatures;

Navigation Data

Navigation data includes all data automatically collected through the website and concerns, for example, the types of action that the user performs on the website and how the users uses the website. 

Unless the users provide express consensus (i.e., on the use of cookies), navigation data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the website and to control its operation. This data is deleted immediately after its processing. Moreover, this data could be used to ascertain the responsibility in case of misuse and other IT attacks on the website to protect our rights.

 

3-Data Processors

The personal data that is collected and conserved in Cultur-e databases is processed by employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller and will not be shared or communicated to third parties, unless permitted by law and only as permitted.

In order to ensure the correct operation of all activities related to ours services, if necessary, Cultur-e may communicate personal data to third parties, even outside the European Union, as long as the destination country guarantees and adequate level of protection as per Paragraph 5 of EU Regulation N. 679/2016.

Cultur-e will not communicate personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

 

4-Conservation of Data

Cultur-e conserves the personal data of users only for the time that is strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which the data was collected. Then, all personal data will either be deleted or rendered anonymous.

Personal data that is collected with the consensus of users – and then repealed – will be deleted timely.

 

5-User Rights

Users have the right to exercise the rights established by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree N. 196/03 and Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation N. 679/2016. In particular, this concerns: the right to access personal data; the right to obtain data deletion, updates and corrections; the right to limit and oppose data processing, as well as the right to oppose automated decisional processes; and the right to data portability.
