In 2006, GESAC, the company managing the Naples Airport, decided to renovate its digital tools and appointed Cultur-e to coordinate the project, develop the editorial project and produce the content for the intranet and Internet portals.

Context

Driving Employee Participation and Increasing Traveller Loyalty through On-line Services

GESAC decided to renovate its digital tools to increase the active participation of employees in the management and diffusion of knowledge, efficiently communicate corporate activities and develop the customer loyalty of travellers using the airport through quality added value services and content. 

To achieve its internal objectives, GESAC decided to develop an intranet to share company objectives and strategies, share know-how and provide useful tools; for travellers, it decided not only to implement a graphic and navigation restyling, but also to produce new content to drive its on-line profile through content branding.

Intranet and Internet Portals and On-line PR

2006 /2007 – Internet portal with editorial project and new content architecture, development of guidelines for the graphic restyling, editorial coordination and production of city mini-guides, articles and editorials on the historical, artistic and natural heritage in the area of Naples, and useful information for cities reached by flights from the airport. An on-line campaign was developed for business and leisure travellers.

2006 –Intranet portal with consultancy services and editorial project for corporate presentation, information, work and interactivity, including professional communities and initiatives for free-time.

Digital Growth to Benefit Everyone

Cultur-e allowed Gesac to reinforce its internal and external communications to the satisfaction of users, employees and top management, all of whom can now enjoy new web tools for work and travel.
