In 2016, the Iberotel Apulia decided to change its name to Vivosa Apulia Resort. This delicate transformation required a new brand, developed by Inarea, and a digital media migration plan, designed and developed by Cultur-e, along with the new Internet site and the reinforcement of the resort’s social channels.

Context

Promoting Quality of Life, On-line too

A vacation oasis in the heart of Salento, immersed in the greenery of the Ugento Pine Forest and surrounded by a deep blue sea and sandy beaches. The luxury resort aims to become the ideal solution for a stress-free break with solutions aiming to promote quality of life through sports and fitness, experiences in nature, events, activities for mental wellbeing and initiatives for children. The resort needed a new brand that would convey the exclusive nature of the place and service, along with a plan to shift digital media and promote the new identity, whilst conserving the value generated over the years and reinforcing the perception of excellence.

On-line Communication Strategy, Internet Portal and Social Media Strategy

An accurate analysis of on-line positioning and the indexing of the existing website pages, navigation data and client base allowed Cultur-e to develop a launch and promotion strategy for the new portal in line with the client’s objectives. As the project addressed both a national and international audience, the content management teams developed all content in Italian, English, German and French. The result was a multilingual website with a user experience optimised for mobile use with a new information architecture to promote the quality of the resort and the beauty of the area, even with itineraries dedicated to history, art, culture, nature and foods. Cultur-e also developed governance guidelines to reinforce its social media channels and a synergic action plan on digital channels to strengthen the client base and allow the luxury resort to emerge as a top destination in Puglia and more in general in the Mediterranean.

Thanks to an efficient, multilingual and content-rich website promoting both the resort services and the area, booking a vacation in Puglia is now easier and more relaxing.
