Salini Impregilo’s new intranet

@work, Salini Impregilo’s new intranet is live. A great challenge for our team, that succesfully completed the project and saw it go live in 4 months, @work was born in a crucial moment for the conglomerate, as a facilitating tool for the merging of both companies.

After winning the international bid, the project started, including analysis and communications strategies, UI design, creation of 200 contents in italian, and developing the platform; to move on to publishing and testing, and internal promotion. Soon after, we started intense editorial management daily activities, to be carried on throughout following months.

The strategy was developed upon a step by step process, to motivate the use of the global intranet, activating best practice and knowledge sharing, thus simplifying daily chores by enabling networking between employees at a global level and reinforcing the shared corporate culture. The next step will begin in december 2014 with the launch of the english intranet and social features.
